CEO Andrew Darrow is a strategist, dealmaker, marketer, and international business executive for the world’s most renowned entertainment companies, brands, content owners, talent and programming and for those seeking to leverage them across media and in retail/leisure destinations. A trusted advisor to property developers and leisure operators, his global network of business relationships spans more than 50 countries on 6 continents.
Darrow is a non-executive Director for Saudi Entertainment Ventures which was established and is funded by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund. The company is mandated to invest in, develop and operate diversified world-class entertainment facilities. He also sits on the Board of Managers for the Saudi Cinema Company which is a joint venture of Saudi Entertainment Ventures and AMC Theatres.
Most recently, Darrow served as Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer for the Void where he led its meteoric growth to the top of the location-based VR industry. He previously served as Executive Vice President of KidZania, leading its international expansion and global business from startup to the world leader in experiential edutainment.
Darrow led the Music & Entertainment Division for Octagon, cross-marketing entertainment properties and personalities with corporate brands and as a Vice President of U.S. television network NBC, Darrow directed the commercialization of the network’s content for use in strategic ventures and consumer products. At acclaimed producer, Broadway Video, he drove content commercialization with a focus on Saturday Night Live where he also was the Producer of SNL: 25 Years of Music.
Darrow has held executive positions as an entertainment attorney, an A&R executive at MCA/Universal Records and at Overland Management where he guided the musical careers of Talking Heads, Eurythmics, B-52s and the Ramones. He began his career as a concert and personal appearances agent at ICM.
